This year we celebrated Easter via modern technology. From live video chats, text messaging, electronic greetings and best of all, cute chocolate-coated grins flashing across countless mobile phone screens, delighting many grandparents in isolation.

And of course, live streaming of church services, reminding me to whisper a silent prayer for all our loved ones out there, heroically putting their own lives at risk to fight an insidious enemy that doesn’t take a holiday.
